I was rear ended at a stop light and had limited tort. I called the law firm of Ostroff Law and with in minutes received a call back from Dave Klein. I must say she was extremely professional, answered all my questions, even the dumb ones. She went above and beyond to assure me that the firm had my best interest at hand. No one ever expects to be in an accident. Those who have known it’s the worse place to be in, you know things are going to get tough for a while. We usually like to stay local. Every attorney we talked to seen the case as too much and many doors closed on us, or didn't bother to call back, or just se...en it as too much work. We got lucky, one attorney said he will take our case but did nothing. After a few months we were ready to just give up and loose everything since I was not able to work. I looked around the internet and found Ostroff's web page. The "PA LIMITED TORT DOESN’T ALWAYS “LIMIT” YOUR RECOVERY" was what stood out. I called and never talked to such great people in my life. We instantly had everything transferred to Ostroff law because we needed someone to fight for us. We went from not hearing anything for months to people who cared and checked in constantly. Over the next few months my representation checked in on me more than my own family and friends during our worse times. The process as we know is difficult, as you go through it gets harder and harder. Ostroff made sure we felt at ease, that we were as comfortable as we could be and reassured us they stood behind us to the end. Things like this you still get upset, you want to give up, but a simple call from my case attorney honestly made my day better knowing they stood with us. As for the office itself, you get constant communication, fast replies, and the minute I send an email I get a reply. We have never ever had such quick service and support. I wish, as we all do, the end would be more but then you just know the best was done and you do truly feel satisfied. I can honestly go on all day about Ostroff personal Injury but I am afraid this will be too long and others won’t take the time to read it so I will end it here.
