“Extraordinary Attorney – Dan McCabe Went Above and Beyond”

Having Dan McCabe as my workers’ compensation attorney was nothing short of extraordinary. From day one, Dan went above and beyond every expectation I had. Highly Recommend

I had an unfortunate accident at work and did not know how to navigate getting care and ensuring I received Workers Comp payments (especially as I wasn't feeling well). My doctor highly recommended Dan McCabe. Dan helped me feel comfortable right away. He explained everything clearly, more than on...ce, because that it was I needed. His approach was relaxed and competent and I felt relieved to have him as my lawyer. He negotiated a settlement for me so that I can continue to receive the care I need. I am so grateful for the support and guidance I received from Dan and his paralegal, Amy. This has been a very challenging time and they both made themselves available to me throughout. I would highly recommend Dan if you need a Workers Compensation lawyer.

Dan McCabe

Dan McCabe was recommended to me from a close friend who had a favorable lawsuit outcome. Dan helped me to also get a favorable lawsuit outcome. He was very responsive to my individual situation and responded quickly to any issues that occurred. When I had a problem receiving Workmen’s Comp. checks, ...he immediately handled the issue. Top Worker’ Compensation Lawyer

Mr McCabe is the best worker’s compensation lawyer around. He cares about his clients and understands what you’re going through. He explained everything, answered all my questions and I was very pleased with my outcome.

WC case

Working with Dan was like talking to a friend. He kept me calm throughout my whole WC case. I knew nothing and he not only represented me, he explained everything to me in terms I could understand. It was a learning experience for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer than him!
