A truly refreshing and unique experience

Almost six years ago my life was turned upside down as the result of an auto accident. Major surgeries were required, rehabilitation and physical therapy that lasted for several years as well as the loss of my employment. During this time I was incredibly fortunate to have retained the services of Mr.... McCabe. Throughout all of this life altering maze of confusion, Mr. McCabe was always there, providing direction, counsel and a no nonsense sense level of communication. I was dealing with multiple law firms and attorney’s during this time but Mr. McCabe provided me a truly caring and compassionate level of service that was head and shoulders above the others. There were several opportunities for Mr. McCabe to “Take the money and run” but he remained in my camp and finished the job. His diligence, focus and professionalism have allowed me to have a life free of the earlier nightmares and endless entanglements, I will be forever indebted to to this gentleman….THANK YOU DANIEL McCABE!!!

Spinal injury from my workplace

I received a spinal injury at work and couldn’t return for some time. My employer said I was being let go because they thought my injury didn’t occur there. Attorney Dan McCabe had them take me back, accommodate my needs to work light duty and pay my lost wages. After a necessary surgery I was no...t able to return to work. Dan was by my side the entire time, answering my questions, dealing with my employers, making sure I received all of my treatments and therapy. Dan made sure my employer paid for everything. Unable to return to work, Dan negotiated a settlement that met my needs and satisfaction. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

Extraordinary

Dealing with Daniel McCabe was a breath of fresh air. He is incredibly focused with a great attention to detail and quickly and freely explains every facet of your case as things progress. Experienced, Responsive, Resourceful & Dedicated

Dan McCabe is a lawyer that gets results and definitely knows his way around the courtroom. After being hurt @work I wasn't being listened to and my injury wasn't taken seriously by my job, their Dr or the insurance company so I called Dan McCabe. Within a day or two I met Dan at his office and he ...thoroughly explained the process & all the legal expectations. I knew in less then 10 minutes he was the right lawyer for me. I was confident and hired him at the end of our consultation. He immediately went to work holding them accountable. I saw results fast. I was able to get the treatments and tests I needed. Dr's were finally willing to see me. The insurance company began to respond and I began to make progress treating my injury. Dan always kept me informed & made himself available to me anytime I had a concern or questions. Work Comp Claim

I am and 86 year old man and was involved in a auto accident while working. After months of dealing with my employer's work com insurance carrier I was completely frustrated with their ability to do what is proper under the PA work comp law. The insurance company tried to take advantage of me by deny...ing claims and stopping the medical services I was due from the claim as well as my lost wages. I got Dan involved and he immediately made me feel comfortable he would be able to help me. He was very responsive, reasonable and work very hard to help me through this very unfortunate situation. My case was not going to be a big one for Dan but he never waivered and help me in every way possible. Because of his help we were able to get payment for all the medical bills the insurance company was fighting and I got a settlement for my current and future lost wages. I am so happy to have met Dan and appreciate his efforts to close my case. He made the nightmare I was dealing with go away quickly and I got better results then I could have ever imagined.
