Excellent Workers Comp Attorney

Dan McCabe was referred to me by an excellent personal injury attorney that our family has known for quite some time. He worked alongside Dan for many years and said that Dan is the best in the business! I contacted Dan on a Friday and had an appointment on Monday to meet with him in his office. He ...was extremely attentive and responsive to my needs and exceeded my expectations. He took over the burden of communicating with the insurance company and handled everything from that point forward. This was a huge relief. Before I met with Dan, I was feeling out of my element and frustrated, not sure of what my rights were regarding my claim. Since working with Dan, I have been properly educated and informed. I am content with the outcome of my claim and very thankful to have had Dan in my corner. Dan is very professional, as well as approachable. He made me feel completely at ease and hopeful from our first meeting. He kept the lines of communication open and always was responsive when I reached out to him. I felt like a burden was lifted off my shoulders!

I was dealing with chronic pain for several years after my work injury. As you know when dealing with a strain sprain injury it does not heal with repetitive motion in a physically demanding factory environment. The heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks were causing me excruciating pain certai...n days. Every day I was in a lot of discomfort in my upper back and neck. I just wanted to quit, but until I was referred to Dan I had no idea what options I had going forward. I would have had no way to get my previous bills covered if it wasn't for his intervention on my behalf. But thanks to Dan's hard work and helping get a settlement I can move forward to a new job without a big cloud of uncertainty hanging over my head in regard to this matter. He showed kindness and concern for my case, and he and his amazingly competent paralegal Amy patiently answering my questions over the phone when I was stumped as to what to do.
