Peter Hart has been working in the trenches for many, many years fighting insurance companies to ensure that his injured clients are fully and fairly compensated for their harms and losses due to others' negligent actions. He currently practices in West Chester, Pennsylvania at the law firm of Karp & Hart, P.C., handling accident and medical malpractice cases.
Mr. Hart is a former Chester County Assistant District Attorney and Pennsylvania Deputy Attorney General in the Civil Torts Litigation Division, is a past President of the Chester County Bar Association and presently chairs its Civil Litigation Section as well as serves as the Chairman of the Civil Rules Committee.
