William E. Upon graduation from law school, Bill began private practice in the area of insurance defense litigation. He worked for firms representing insurance companies, employers and third party administrators up until 1998. In 1998, Bill entered into a partnership with Thomas A. Musi, Esquire in Media, Pennsylvania.
Since 1998, Bill’s practice has largely concentrated in the area of workers’ compensation, zoning law, personal injury and contract litigation. Bill has written and spoken in the area of Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law and Pennsylvania automobile insurance law to insurance companies, employers, third party administrators and fellow attorneys.
Bill is a member of the Delaware County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state trial and appellate courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Bill has resided in Delaware County since 1994 and currently resides in Haverford Township, Pennsylvania.

Here’s an attorney that says he’s too afraid to subpoena somebody. And then when she called his boss he turned around and told her thanks for calling my boss you got me in so much trouble so unprofessional
