Biography
The Feliciani Law Group focuses on the areas of estate planning, elder law, estate administration, orphans' court litigation and all aspects of family law. We strive to provide a comprehensive approach to the practice of law that takes into consideration not only the legal issues but also the overall well being of our clients.
Of special note is my firms representation of clients with regard to the application for Medical Assistance benefits, Medicaid, through the Department of Public Welfare. This process can be difficult and confusing for most families due to the complex nature of the laws and regulations governing medical assistance benefits. I have assisted hundreds of clients on medicaid planning, including the application for and receipt of medical assistance benefits.
