Phone consult for out of stater

I read Mr. Cappuccio's response to a question online and thought he was just the person I needed to speak to about a dicey issue regarding a family vehicle taken from OH to NJ (now with expired plates and dropped insurance). He answered the phone .... even thought it was after business hours .... and took the time to listen to my question and provide great advice. I appreciate Mr. Cappuccio's time and knowledge and am grateful for his advice.

Awesome Attorney

Ron helped my family with a NJ State Tax Audit. He was able to settle the case for almost half of the State's Audit . This was a seven figure audit that lasted for over 5 years. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was also very patient with all parties involved to get the case settled in a fair manner. The State is not exactly forthcoming and there seemed to be no urgency on their part. He was awesome at getting them to engage. Also, his assistant Trish was excellent and was fast to respond and help in any way possible. I would highly recommend Ron and his staff to anyone looking for an honest and hard working firm.

Sound Advice

I consulted with Mr. Cappucio a number of times over the years about issues regarding personal tax, retirement accounts, LLC and more. His advice was always sound, reflected knowledge of the law and care about my issues. IRS TAX ISSUE

I met with Mr. Cappuccio for a consultation in regards to an IRS issue that I've been dealing with for years. Mr. Cappuccio was very direct and to the point, and offered me the most sound advice of anybody that ive dealt with in the past regarding my delicate situation. I did what Mr. Cappuccio recommend and feel like a ton of weight was removed from my back.
