David James Henry

Horrible. Hired him to represent me in my custody case. Took a sizable retainer, and never even followed up until a day before my case. Made me wait outside of the courtroom while he allegedly argued the case, only to lose. Never sent me a breakdown of the retainer, kept it all AND kept my file, ...claiming he mailed it to me, but it was never sent. He comes across as very charming, and says all the things you want to hear, but didn't really do anything substantive for my case and he NEVER returned calls or emails timely.

I hired Mr. Henry to take on my custody, divorce, and support case after my prior attorney spent months getting nothing done on it. Immediately after hiring Mr. Henry, I won my support and custody cases and the divorce matter is moving along efficiently, despite opposing counsel dragging their feet.... I now have my kids living with me so I can move forward in my life while taking care of my children. I just can't recommend David Henry enough!

David is an excellent lawyer, he predicted all the events exactly as they happened from the first meeting. He helped me on my child custody and child support matters. He fought tirelessly against the over-bearing and scheming attorney, got me everything I wanted on the custody order and had a 100% vi...ctory on custody. He also helped with child support, he explained the process clearly and helped me navigate the maze of rules. I definitely highly recommend David !

Very friendly, keeps you calm and focused. Just follow the advice, its a difficult personal process, but David keeps you on the practicalities and tasks that must be done. ‘Adhere rigidly to Davids advice, it benefits you in the long term’. Very fair on billing, extremely upfront and explains what he...lps your case and what you have to avoid doing. Stick to this advice I cannot stress enough following David’s advice. Wonderful chap. To date David has fought extreme and many efforts to affect my custody, divorce and child support matters. I had a huge change in circumstances and David managed to ensure custody rights and won 100% and protected me from devious malicious efforts from a very overbearing attorney, with an underhanded emergency petition thrown in as a last ditch effort. Long may his great advice and success with my situation (and others) continue. PS In case you forgot ‘Stick to David’s advice’.
