I had hired a lawyer to help me with a foreclosure on a rental property. But the attorney was nearly incompetent; he failed to answer complaints, failed to respond to my requests for information, and, overall, left me with a feeling of vulnerability. I let him go, and hired Mr. Henry. What a differen...ce a competent and experienced attorney makes! Mr. Henry took over the case and swiftly dealt with the mess that the previous attorney had left. After he negotiated with the other party, I was very happy with the terms of our agreement. The overall experience with the two attorneys was like night and day. I have dealt with many lawyers, most being good, competent attorneys. But Mr. Henry truly exemplifies what it means to go above and beyond. He continually kept me informed of his action plan and progress of the case. And what I really appreciated about Mr. Henry was his patience and his competence, and since I'm not a lawyer, his ability to communicate to me on my level. Although he communicated to me that I would probably not prevail if the case went to trial, I felt confident that I would emerge with the best possible outcome. I was very satisfied with the outcome and the entire experience with Henry.
