I would like to thank Mr Henry. I was faxed with an Emergency Custody Hearing. I found Mr Henry short notice. He was honest and did not think I had a case. But heard me out anyway. It's 1 in a million to for a grandmother to get Custody over a parent. But Mr Henry won me that. And I have retained him... for more issues that have arrived. Brutally honest, but will fight for you against all odds. I would recommend him to anyone. Pricing is more then fair for the dedication you get, and passion. Thank you Mr Henry for fighting for the rights of the child.

I hired David Henry at Henry Law to help me with my divorce and custody matters. He is completely honest, straight-forward, and his fees are reasonable. I had a prior attorney before coming to him and she charged me for all kinds of nonsense . . . no overbilling with David though! I am forever grat...eful to him and his staff for helping me obtain primary custody and dealing with my very difficult spouse. I was able to get a very fair property settlement and am now able to move forward with my life. I have already recommended him to my cousin!

I hired Henry Law to assist me with my divorce, support, and child custody matters. Despite having a husband trying to do everything he can to hide money, pay no child support, pay no spousal support, and lying to the court constantly to try and get primary custody, Mr. Henry aggressively fought him... along the way and won EVERY SINGLE court hearing. I got primary custody, child support, spousal support, and he beat my husband on every motion filed against me. Mr Henry also found money and assets my husband was trying to hide as part of the divorce. Henry Law is amazing and I highly recommend them.

(This is my opinion after working with David for over a year) I would give 0 stars if that were an option. What I can see is that he works very hard to defend himself on Avvo Reviews, but I never felt he worked very hard to help me or my case. Like others have said in the 1 Star reviews here an...d on google...the bills mount quickly and with little to no detail. I found communicating in a timely manner to be very difficult, despite all the 5 star reviews that commend him for his “incredible communication skills”. He makes you use his server which is cumbersome and no very mobile friendly and can be turned off by him, this preventing the ability to pull up any info after things go south with him (I have now lost my ability to get in now that I have posted this review). He refuses to text with clients (I have had other lawyers that are fine using text for quick info passing). He never once arrived to court before me, despite court mandated times for hearings. He completely missed my last child support hearing, so I defended myself out of desperation and got crushed. Very often our only “prep time” was done in the hallway right before court. He would never let me say a word in court without having a sometimes aggressive reaction telling me to be quite in what I and other family members found most awkward in that court room setting. In the end I worked with David for over a year, spent over $30,000 and I would not recommend him to anyone, ever...
