I met with Mr. Henry for a dealing with my custody, support, and divorce issues. I can't say enough GREAT things about him and his staff. Although my divorce is not quite done, he has worked to get it completed as quickly as possible, despite the other side trying to delay things. Won on a tough c...ustody case and he effectively fought to have my suppost set at a much lower rate than what it could have been. I love his online portal where I can review all documents and calendar items 24/7 and without the need to call and discuss the status of things like I had to with my prior attorney. My prior attorney would nickle and dime me on everything, but that wasn't the case with Henry Law. Highest recommendation

I hired Henry Law to represent me for my divorce, custody, and support matters. This was the best choice ever! I got support, received primary physical custody, and my divorce was resolved through a property settlement agreement. Having had a prior attorney, I can say that Mr. Henry's billing ...is absolutely transparent and fair. Also, I was always able to get in touch with him because while he has an office phone, he also gave his cell phone so that I could reach him anytime. Compared to my prior attorney, where I never knew what was going on and was never prepared for court, Mr. Henry always prepared me for court ahead of time and with his online server, I could access my documents, calendar items, and other aspects of the case 24/7 and it did not cost me to do so. With my prior attorney, I had no access to documents and always had to call for updates, which cost me every time I called. I highly recommend this law firm

(This is my opinion after working with David for over a year) I would give 0 stars if that were an option. What I can see is that he works very hard to defend himself on Avvo Reviews, but I never felt he worked very hard to help me or my case. Like others have said in the 1 Star reviews here an...d on google...the bills mount quickly and with little to no detail. I found communicating in a timely manner to be very difficult, despite all the 5 star reviews that commend him for his “incredible communication skills”. He makes you use his server which is cumbersome and no very mobile friendly and can be turned off by him, this preventing the ability to pull up any info after things go south with him (I have now lost my ability to get in now that I have posted this review). He refuses to text with clients (I have had other lawyers that are fine using text for quick info passing). He never once arrived to court before me, despite court mandated times for hearings. He completely missed my last child support hearing, so I defended myself out of desperation and got crushed. Very often our only “prep time” was done in the hallway right before court. He would never let me say a word in court without having a sometimes aggressive reaction telling me to be quite in what I and other family members found most awkward in that court room setting. In the end I worked with David for over a year, spent over $30,000 and I would not recommend him to anyone, ever...

I originally hired Mr. Henry to assist me with addressing an existing custody order. Before I hired Mr. Henry he was kind enough to take my call and answer some preliminary questions. I was confident when I placed my retainer. One of Mr. Henry's best qualities is that he is an effective communicator.... He will always return your phone call, email, or text message in a timely manner. Another great attribute is that he tirelessly fights for his clients. For my case I didn't get everything that I wanted, but I did get more time with my children and for that I am very grateful. Mr. Henry is an excellent closer and he does a great job with prepping his clients so that they are prepared to testify and tell their story. While my ex-wife's attorney took our case personally, Mr. Henry remained professional. In fact, even when I thought that the case was done. Mr. Henry was called to conference a disagreement regarding the order and he represented me without my knowledge till after the fact. Mr. Henry and I settled up our bill and left it that if need I needed him he'd be there for me in the future. Well that was sooner than I wanted. My ex's lawyer modified the order to reflect everything, but what the judge said. That other attorney tried to be dishonest and unethical when the order was not sent to him for review but sent to the judge instead. He didn't hesitate to make the appropriate calls and stop the wrong modified order from being signed. My ex's attorney continued to send over bad orders to review which were all wrong, He was so irritated with the unprofessionalism of the other attorney that he went ahead and just wrote the modified order himself. Mr. Henry did not charge me for the other attorney's incompetence. And just when I thought things were settled I still hadn't been given an order outlining the winter holiday break. Mr. Henry responded to my text message on Christmas Eve and called me back to reiterate that their was no new order on the docket and that we were to go by what the judge verbally order. I happened to get a hold of the "supposing" order and pasted it on to Mr. Henry. He hasn't stopped fighting for me and I know that he won't until the custody order is true and final. I am beyond grateful to have him in my corner. I will certainly use Mr. Henry for future custody issues.
