I hired maureen to assist me in a custody case. I needed to relocate with my daughter for a job opportunity. My daughters dad objected to my relocation. Maureen is VERY difficult to get a hold of, she rarely returns your call, she doesn't seem to care about getting the job done (just getting paid). I gave her the benefit of the doubt many times and she still disappointed me each and every time. Her office is very unorganized, she takes on too many ca...ses, and she only has one secretary to handle everything. She has hurt my case in so many ways and I will never go back to her if I need a lawyer in the future. I'd suggest looking elsewhere for a lawyer because I find her to be extremely incompetent.

I used Maureen for the first time for my support hearing. My child's father intended on not showing up but I found out that he was actually in a criminal hearing in the same courthouse. Maureen went into the criminal hearing without hesitation and informed the criminal Judge that he was before that h...e must go to the support hearing directly after so that he can not skip out on the support hearing as he has done so many times in the past. Most attorneys would not have done that! If she did not have the guts to do that, he would not have shown up at all. My child's father has not paid support in years! Maureen asked the court to have him locked up and then he came up with some money to avoid jail. If Maureen did not have the guts to do what she did by pulling him out of his criminal hearing, nothing would have happened in my case. She even asked that he pay my counsel fees for me having to pay to file the petition for contempt. For years I have not gotten any support and the first time I used her, I got a payment. I was very happy with the outcome
