I hired him because I thought it was easy to prove my innocence. He assured me he would . The next thing I knew he came and told me they worked out a plea agreement. Plea agreement for what? I’m innocent. I called him the next day and said I wasn’t comfortable with the way things went down. I asked c...ould I change my plea? He said if I did all the original charges would come back and I would need thousands. He never explained what the plea entailed. Now I have a criminal record. What happened to my preliminary hearing? He could of proved my innocence. I wish I would of gone with another attorney.
