When I was arrested and charged with several Felony and Misdemeanor Counts regarding alleged Falsifying of Documents Subject to A Firearms Transfer Application I was Dumfounded, Shocked, and Fearful! I knew in my Heart and Mind that I had not lied on the forms and that I was Innocent, however, The PA... State Police had a different version of the story to tell and were all too happy to be Prosecuting me. These people had saved my life, I shook in excitement and hugged this man thanking him for what he did for me. I was a free man! My world began to look livable again through their best efforts. This meant a lot to me as I was facing upwards of 7 yrs. in State Prison in the Aggravated Sentencing Range.
