Finding Chuck was the answer to prayers. My son’s repeated denial for accommodations on his National boards seemed like the end of the road for his career as a physical therapist. Thankfully we found Chuck. He is extremely well versed on education disability law. My son would have begun his career ye...

Attorney Weiner represented my daughter in an action against the organization that administers the medical boards. It would be hard to imagine a more knowledgeable lawyer in this area. He was kind and honest, and achieved a favorable result for us. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Charles Weiner has shown that it is of no importance to him to maintain communication with me, a client that signed a contract with him. It became apparent to me that my documents for a consultation were not reviewed until two weeks after I submitted them, when Charles contacted me to submit two othe...
This anonymous review was made by an individual who paid for a review of documents and phone consultation regarding the merits of their case. The individual was aware that there was no commitment by counsel to pursue the matter further. After the review of documents furnished by the prospective client and phone consultation with counsel, which was conducted within a timely manner, counsel conveyed that he was not handling the matter further. Counsel was paid only his minimum fee for the consultation and no further fees were requested or paid. The reviewer is apparently discontent that counsel conveyed that he would not handle the matter further.

I presented my case...

"I worked with Charles on a case. He came in with the reputation of being one of the best, if not the best, education attorneys in America. His work on our case validated this reputation. He is an excellent attorney, and I would not hesitate to recommend him."
"By understanding that education is key for success, Charles is a fantastic advocate for individuals for disabilities who need and deserve accommodations for high stakes testing. His hard work in cases such as Love v. LSAC has paid off in laying groundwork for other disability rights attorneys such as myself."
"Chuck represented our family in a highly emotional education case successfully, capably and in a cost-effective way. I came to know and admire Chuck because of the excellent work he does as a board member of the Pennsylvania Tourette Syndrome Alliance."
"Chuck Weiner is an expert in obtaining testing accomodations for children and young adults who have learning differences. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, practical and efficient. I highly recommend Chuck."
"Chuck Weiner is intelligent and has strong expertise in education disability law. He is nationally recognized for claims involving high stakes educational testing."
"I endorse this lawyer. He is very knowledgeable about the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act. He knows how to get accommodations for his clients. He is hard working, kind and patient. I would use him for my own children if they had any problems or issues with school."
