Scott L. Feldman, Esquire is a sole practitioner with offices in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Now in his twenty-third year of practice, Mr. Feldman has satisfied hundreds of clients throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
He is a 1983 graduate of the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie-Mellon University and a 1993 graduate of Widener University School of Law, where he was a two-year member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Mr. Feldman is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey State and Federal Courts, and in 1998, was admitted and qualified before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Feldman enjoyed a successful management career in the retail home furnishings industry. He was employed by a nationally recognized retailer, known locally for “the real buys are in Quakertown”. His hands-on experience in sales and sales training, problem solving and operations management have benefitted him greatly in the legal profession.
Mr. Feldman is a frequent lecturer for Lorman Education Services, having presented seminars on Collection Law in Pennsylvania and Advanced Judgment Enforcement in Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the Bucks County Bar Association, and served as Chair of the Lawyer Referral Service Committee. He has presented seminars for the Bar Association and for the People’s Law School at Bucks County Community College in Newtown, PA.
Mr. Feldman is an active member of the community and served on the Board of Trustees at Temple Judea of Bucks County. He is on the Board of Directors of the Bucks County Bar Association and is editor of its quarterly magazine, The Writs. He is a past President of the Remington Oaks Condominium Association in Chalfont. He has coached youth soccer in the Warrington Soccer Club.
He enjoys skiing, scuba diving, and attending sporting events and concerts. He loves spending time with his family, including his Goldendoodle, “Utley”
Mr. Feldman has a general law practice with emphasis on landlord/tenant law and consumer and commercial collections and litigation.
