David William Zellis

Mr. Zellis represented me on a 2 separate cases for Driving while on dui suspension from 2016. The typical outcome of that is a mandatory 60 days jail sentence for each. I had just came home from state prison after being already incarcerated and had gotten my life together only to find out I may have... to go back. Mr. Zellis met me at my home and diligently went over every detail and aspect of my life to present the best possible picture of how much I have changed to the court. When we got to court he was there before me waiting with a smile on his face. He, himself was able to convince the police officer who issued the citations that a 4 time convicted felon with a long history of drug addiction and poor decision making has made a change for the better and that he should drop the charges to a lesser ticket with no jail time. Needless to say the police officer reduced my charges on both infractions to Failure to Admin License which holds no points, no further suspension and was only a 150$ fine. Mr. Zellis was the best lawyer I have ever had and if I had only met him sooner maybe I would have never done the amount of time I had for previous crimes. He is an outstanding person, not just a lawyer. As a person he is incredible, than you add the intelligence and expertise with his determination to help those who need it the most, and you get this superhero of a lawyer. My Grandmother cried happy tears after this court hearing because it was the last hearing I ever have to attend because of the dedication Mr.Zellis put into my case. Truly the best lawyer I have ever had.

I was referred to Dave by my uncle who is a police officer that worked with him for years about a DUI I was charged with. As they say; there is no second chance to make a first impression...and when I first walked into David's office I felt more and more confident as we spoke ,and it felt like while everybody are still looking this person already's found.. Truly, he did not have to proof his success or dominance, it w...as simply there. When I got my first DUI charges I felt anxious and scared, anticipating upcoming events. To conclude, I can say that having this person in my life was a great and unique experience. David is an individual whose opinion you would want to know ,and in a difficult situation you would ask, what would this guy say about this???
