When I was arrested and charged with several Felony and Misdemeanor Counts regarding alleged Falsifying of Documents Subject to A Firearms Transfer Application I was Dumfounded, Shocked, and Fearful! I knew in my Heart and Mind that I had not lied on the forms and that I was Innocent, however, The PA... State Police had a different version of the story to tell and were all too happy to be Prosecuting me. I worked with Dave when he was the Chief of the Grand Jury and he left to open his own law firm.
