Outstanding! I hired Gail when I was charged with nine felonies that were excessive and also false. It took some time but she defended me like a tiger and my record has now been expunged and sealed and I can return to work as an RN. This is absolutely incredible. I have my freedom back. Hired Gail upon referral from a friend when I got a DUI. Of the 80 or so people in ARD court only about 3 of us didn’t lose our license. Thank you Gail! It gets better, while on probation for ARD I was charged with criminal mischief. This jeopardized the whole ARD and I was beyond freaking out. Gail assured me she’d take care of it. She pulled off a miracle and got the charges dismissed!! If you have to go to court, you want Gail representing you!

My son got out of jail for drug related offenses, then got put back in the next day for a positive drug test (which we believe was a false positive) when he went to his meeting with the probation office. I was able to call Young, Marr and Associates and actually get someone on the phone on a Saturday. Not only that, I was able to speak to Attorney Marr within a couple of minutes. She gladly took on my son's case and was able to "calm me down". She was a "Godsend on a Horrible Weekend"!
