Gail Marr

Gail is an extremely busy attorney. She has a lot on her plate. I agree that getting a hold of her is pretty difficult, at times, even though messages are left with the office assistant. If her schedule has conflicts from consistent last minute court date changes. Trust that one of her associates wil...l be assigned to take over for that day or the case itself. They will already be well informed and up to speed. However, rest assured behind the scenes Gail and her associates are discussing your case and narrowing down the options. They will determine the best move and strategy to make from their many years of experience. Nevertheless, she will still be working the case and providing her input in the background.

Gail is straight forward, and knowledgeable on DUI. She bought me a pair of pants for court (I was dressed for jail at the time). She brought my belongings to the jail for me- I had nobody to help me with this. She was very reasonably priced- 1/2 of what others lawyers wanted to charge. It was ...a terrible situation all around- and am glad it is over.

I hired Gail as the Attorney to represent my son for his DUI charge that he received last fall. I found Gail to be very straight forward, honest and direct. She reviewed the details of the case and was very thorough in her representation of my son and was able to have the DUI charge thrown out during... the hearing. I would definitely look at hiring Gail in the future if some other legal issues would arise. As I said earlier if you want a no nonsense, straight forward and ethical person to represent you, I would not hesitate to tell you to give Gail a call.

I hired Gail for my DUI. Apparently she likes to do a lot of DUI cases. I didn't really know why until I saw how she handles them. It seemed like she went in to see the judge in the first hearing, then came out and told me were were "waving" my case to DUI court. When we went to DUI court a few... months later, she had me pleading guilty. The sentence I got was probation, which was Ok, but I had told her from the beginning I wanted to fight my case because the police never got my blood. It seems like she always intended to have me plead guilty. Then when we were in DUI court, she had 2 other clients that day for the same type of case and they also pleaded guilty. If she made that much money from them as what she charged me, that's a lot of money to make when you're not even fighting for your clients. I don't know if she fights cases in other types of crimes but for DUI, she seems to just do guilty pleas. I'm disappointed because she charged me pretty much.
