Gail Marr

Mrs. Marr was an exceptional attorney, she is very familiar and connected with many of her legal counterparts (Judges, other attorneys, District Attorneys, Drug & Alcohol program directors, and doctors, etc.). When I hired her I was facing charges of assault and various drug charges, in a short perio...d of time she was easily able to get them lowered to misdemeanors, I went from facing time in prison to having 1-year probation thanks to her. My son got out of jail for drug related offenses, then got put back in the next day for a positive drug test (which we believe was a false positive) when he went to his meeting with the probation office. I was able to call Young, Marr and Associates and actually get someone on the phone on a Saturda...y. Not only that, I was able to speak to Attorney Marr within a couple of minutes. She gladly took on my son's case and was able to "calm me down". She was a "Godsend on a Horrible Weekend"! Attorney Marr represented my son so well, that he got out of jail on the day of his 2nd hearing. The probation office had offered him a 2 month sentence if he had plead guilty, which he would not do,so we thought this was a fantastic result! She was my lawyer through my drug case. And stayed in contact with me during preliminary trials and got me drug court. I couldn't take drug court because of work and family. So we went to trial and she's a great lawyer. If not for her probably would be in jail. Her law firm handled my father's bankru...ptcy case as well. Gail is seriously a miracle worker!!! I was looking at 5 felony and 15 misdemeanor drug charges and a long long time away. Gail fought HARD for me!! She got all the felony charges dropped and some of the misdemeanors. The DA was denying a section 17 which is probation then charges dropped with no rec...ord, after another month of fighting Gail got the DA to agree to a section 17 and drop the charges even lower so while on probation I would not lose my license. The judge in the courtroom told me to thank my attorney and that this was never heard of. I can not thank Gail enough she truly saved my life!!! I now have a second shot at becoming a better person. I would recommend her a million times over!! Who knows how my life would of turned out without her standing by my side and fighting for me. Thank you Gail!!
