also known as Ginger Hardwick
I am a litigator with over 20 years of experience in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Although a large part of my practice is focused on employment litigation and civil rights issues, I have also represented clients in a variety of matters involving complex commercial litigation.
In the employment field, I represent both employees and employers who want to do the right thing. I have handled cases involve claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants and trade secrets, and wage and hour claims. We also conduct independent investigations of workplace misconduct.
I bring extensive experice, including teaching at Seton Hall Law School and practice in top notch law firms. I am a graduate of Cornell University, and N.Y.U. School of Law, where I was on the Editorial Board of the NYU Law Review. After law school, I was a federal judicial law clerk to the Hon. John J. Gibbons, on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals
In addition to the highest quality legal work, my clients tell me that they appreciate that I am accessible, honest, and easy to talk to. I will return your phone calls promptly, I promise. I will be honest with you, always. I will take the time to listen to your concerns. I will give you my best professional opinion about your options, and then encourage you to make the choices that work best for you.
I take a great deal of pride in the quality of legal services that I provide my clients. Employment litigation takes tenacity, sensitivity and smarts. My partner Tiffanie Benfer and I work together to be sure that every client is served as well as possible. We are proud that much of our work comes from referrals from other lawyers who have seen us in action, and from the clients we have served.
Feel free to give our office a call and see whether our firm is a good match for your needs.
