Hello AVVO reader,
If you are looking for an attorney, please know that I've been on the front lines so fully appreciate the complexities (and emotions) that come into play when things take a turn for the worse in the workplace.
A little bit about me.... I offer 26+ years of professional experience supporting employees and employers, beginning with 18+ years in Human Resources, most recently as VP of HR for a Fortune 500 firm. I then went to law school as my mid-life crisis, followed by ~4 years with a civil defense litigation firm and am now part of an amazing firm that focuses primarily on employment/discrimination law and advocating for employees. I am available to support individuals in pursuit of EEOC/PHRC and civil litigation matters related to workplace discrimination/harassment/wage claim issues as well as offer counsel/advice to employers regarding company policies, performance management, etc. I also love public speaking...so if you are an employer in need of training for your employees, let's talk.
I am licensed to practice in PA and NJ and actively maintain my HR certifications (SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP). I work in Bucks County and Monroe County and drive through Lehigh, Northampton, Luzerne and Lackawanna counties often, as well as New Jersey. Feel free to reach out if my geographic scope works for you.
I'm here to help. Hope to hear from you. -Jill
