Excellent

I was extremely pleased with Carol and the level of service she provided. I had a fall outside of a restaurant where they had failed to address the ice in the parking lot after a storm. Carol worked diligently to make sure that I received a fair settlement to help with the medical bills related to my... injury. Carol was compassionate, respectful and tenacious during the entire process. I would highly recommend Carol and her staff.

the lawyer to call for any legal matter

Unsatisfied

Carol, in my opinion, did not do her best in representing me and as a result, the settlement was less than it should have been. By time I realized the situation it was too late to find another attorney. Just do your research thoroughly before hiring your lawyer.
