Briana Marie Gaumer

BACKGROUND: an extremely traumatic divorce, exhausting child support litigation, multiple custody battles and four attorneys later, Briana was my ANSWERED prayer. Briana did not tolerate bad behavior from opposing party and was the first attorney I had, who addressed concerning ongoing toxic behavior with opposing counsel. Her written statements addressing those issues were strong, powerful and impactful. It was just one of the many things she did that set her apart from the rest. Briana is also a keen, thoughtful listener, who understands the gravity of the emotional burdens that go along with family court issues. This allows her to device legal strategies that are proven to get positive results. Mere words cannot describe the intense gratitude I feel for the help and support she gave my children and I during my stressful ordeal. By far, comparatively, she did a lot for me in the shortest amount of time possible. I highly recommend her without any reservation! Hands down!!

Briana Gaumer was not my first attorney. I had hired two attorneys previously to handle my custody case, neither gaining any positive result, and, in fact, my situation as a father worsened exponentially over time, even with the representation I had. And I thank God that I did decide to bet on her.. At the time of writing this review, my case is still currently ongoing, but a positive review for her here is so well deserved, because in a few short months and after only one appearance in court thus far, my situation has switched direction so drastically, with results so immediate and so profound, that it seems almost unbelievable after everything my children and I have been thru.. I can't express enough in words how grateful I am for her as my counselor and what she's done for us so far. To have real results placed in my hands this quickly, and with more on the way in short time. Her ability to respond to emails, and adapt to changing defenses; her "process" has shown provably to exceed far beyond the expectation I had in an attorney for my case. After years of struggling, there's now a bright light at the end of this long dark tunnel we've been walking thru, and as genuinely as I can possibly convey here, it's all thanks to her, and I'm forever grateful to her for that. I have unfortunately had to work/consult with various child custody lawyers in this area, and attorney Gaumer is hands down the best. I would recommend her above any other if you are looking for a compassionate, professional, skillful and tactful lawyer to go to bat for you. After an expensive consul...t with one of the "top" lawyers in this area, I left crying. I then had a 15-minute free consult with attorney Gaumer and knew I found the right person to represent me. I had a frivolous petition filed against me, with many false accusations, in an attempt to obliterate my parenting skills; I was livid, hurt, and fearful about what was to come out of it. Attorney Gaumer handled it with greater competency than a previous experienced lawyer in the area, and I got the outcome that I was hoping for to ensure a healthy upbringing for my daughter between two households. Anyone going through a custody battle knows how emotionally traumatic it can be; attorney Gaumer was a voice of reason during a difficult time, and I felt so much calmer with her in my corner. She is personable, empathetic, easy to get a hold of, and you feel at ease in her presence. Though she leaves a friendly and warm impression, this is not to be mistaken with softness! She may be a younger, but if I were one of the more "experienced" attorneys in this area, I would certainly be intimidated by this up-and-coming attorney's integrity and strategic brilliance. She truly cares about what she is doing and puts great effort into her work. I hope to not rely on an attorney for many more years to come, but in the event that my case ends up back in court, I am definitely going straight to attorney Gaumer. She is amazing!

Attorney Gaumer wasn’t my first attorney I went to. I went to another attorney and got the run around for 2 months. But, I can tell you, she will definitely be my last. Attorney Gaumer is very professional in every sense of the word. The first day I walked into her office for a consultation, I knew i...mmediately she was the attorney I needed. She went in and took charge and did exactly what was needed to be done. Attorney Gaumer is a no- nonsense attorney. She works very hard for you, she would make mention on how she felt things might go, and things always worked out. She wasn’t just there to help, but she really cared about the outcome because of me. She represented me with everything she had, in fact I would endearingly call her my pit bull. Attorney Gaumer was very prompt in returning emails and phone calls. If she wasn’t able to call, she wouldn’t leave me hanging, she would send an email to let me know, and when she was available to call. The staff was very helpful, pleasant and always took care of things I needed. I am not surprised after seeing what kind of an attorney, Attorney Gaumer is. I can see why she was asked to be a partner. If you need legal advice she is definitely the best choice.
