Brent helped us through a tricky negotiation with a bank that was unwilling to work with us on issues concerning our real estate investment company. One of my business partners had fouled up and missed multiple mortgage payments and Brent helped us negotate a forbearance agreement to get then loan re...instated. We followed through on that commitment but the bank then rejected our agreement on a technicality (I lived in one unit that they said had to be filled...apparently my capital contributions and lease payments did not count as an occupied unit). He was an effective spokesperson to the bank and their lawyer when all we wanted to do was swear at them. He never billed just to bilk us. I intend to use Brent for other services as needed.
