Timothy Howard Eskridge

I am a 2000 graduate of the Johns Hopkins University and 2003 graduate of Fordham University School of Law. I am admitted to the state bars of Maryland, New York, and Pennsylvania; the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of Maryland, and the Middle District of Pennsylvania; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. I was born in Baltimore and grew up in York, Pennsylvania.

My experience encompasses all aspects of liability and commercial matters, including providing advice to domestic and foreign corporations concerning product, transaction, and regulatory issues. I have handled litigation from inception through resolution, including extensive discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, appellate practice, and settlement negotiation. I have further provided clients with counsel concerning contracts, risk management, and employment matters.

I have also kept abreast of, evaluated, and summarized important legal decisions affecting my clients and their industries. I have authored articles concerning legal issues relevant to my clients and participated in giving seminars to law students. I completed the International Association of Defense Counsel 2010 Trial Academy, which included instruction, demonstration, and performance of trial duties such as openings, direct and cross-examinations of lay and expert witnesses, and closings.
