Biography
My primary practice is in trusts and estates planning. I counsel my clients and their families, as well as business owners and professional advisors, to create plans that ensure a smooth and optimal transition of assets to future generations. I also handle elder law, Orphans’ Court litigation and corporate matters such as business entity formation.
Primarily focused on complex and basic estate planning, I have practiced for more than a decade in central PA, serving clients with a range of business and family law matters. I have handled wills, trusts, living wills and power of attorney documents, estate administration including federal taxable estates, Orphans’ Court litigation matters and Elder Law (Medicaid) planning.
