Bankruptcy case
I was unsure of what to expect. Brent went through the process very thoroughly. Every step was laid out in detail of what needs to happen and when. The office kept me informed through out the process. Even with this being during Covid, it was a smooth process. I always received a response in a ti...

"Airborne All The Way" I recently e-mailed an urgent request for help to an attorney I had never met. I will not forget how that request turned into a non stop back and fourth supportive thread that continued even after he had left his office and had gone home. Thank you Brent, everything turned ...

Bankruptcy
My lawyer failed to contact me or get my consent to discharge my Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I had a very bad house fire then spent a couple of weeks in the hostiptal. During this time my case was discharged when I only had 4 months to go. Because of this my home is in foreclosure and previous centers ...
I’m sorry that you had a negative experience with us. Your bankruptcy case was actually dismissed because you did not make the required chapter 13 trustee payments. Nothing was done to dismiss your case without your consent. The Firm repeatedly tried to reach you to discuss your options by phone, e-mail and by certified mail (which we received confirmation of delivery). To best protect you until we heard from you, we filed an Answer to the Certification of Default and informed the Court that we were not able to establish contact with you and asked that the case not be dismissed. Unfortunately, the court dismissed the case. Immediately after, I sent a letter to you explain how to reinstate your case and how your medical situation may warrant reopening the case, but you never responded. We also offered several times to meet with you. You had scheduled an appointment with the Firm’s Legal Administrator and the Bankruptcy Department Chairman to discuss your concerns, however, you did not appear at your scheduled appointment. They remain available to meet with you to discuss your concerns.

Top-notch attorney that keeps a level head
Attorney Diefenderfer handled some real estate matters for a corporation I'm an officer in and did an excellent job representing our interests. Opposing counsel was openly aggressive to the point of unprofessionalism to which Brent responded in a persuasive and authoritative yet calm, rational, and ...
"Brent is an outstanding attorney, and he’s particularly experienced in the area of bankruptcy. Whenever I have a client who has bankruptcy-related concerns, I never hesitate to refer them to Brent because I know that he’ll take good care of them."
"I've had the pleasure of knowing and working with Brent on a number of issues related to business, bankruptcy and debt. He is both knowledgeable and experienced, which is why I endorse this lawyer."
"“ In a very tough organization, the 101st Airborne Division, I was always impressed with Brent's physical and mental toughness as a Soldier, and his keen knowledge of the law. He has since gone on to build a successful practice. I recommend him without reservation and would trust he would do a top notch job."
