In re I.U., No. 136 MDA 2018, 2018 WL 6060570 (Pa. Super. Nov. 20, 2018)
The Superior Court reversed the trial court's order, and remanded the case for reinstatement of reunification services for Father.
In re A.W., 162 A.3d 1117 (Pa. Super. 2017)
The Superior Court held that the trial court abused its discretion in changing the child's placement goal to adoption and remanded this matter to establish reunification with Father as child's placement goal.
Commonwealth v. Anderson (CP-67-CR-2115-2012)
Following a jury trial, Client was found not guilty on all charges, including attempted homicide.
