Josef Arthur Hirschmann III

I spent months fighting in court because my ex-husband said that he never ok'ed me moving out of the county when we agreed to it and had communication between our lawyers. Joe never filed the paperwork, assuring me that time was on my side since my ex-husband didn't say anything in the months after I... moved. Nine months later, a judge disagreed with my lawyer, and I am now stuck with Allegheny County jurisdiction, even though I live in Mercer and my ex-husband lives in New Hampshire. I contacted joe about a year ago for a child custody case that could of became very complicated. Because of Joe's knowledge of the laws and his persistence the custody case has continued in my favor.
