Iv been battling custody for my daughter Moriah for years on my own! Unfortunately was getting nowhere no matter how much I knew! The past 4 years have been the hardest Until the day I called Susan to be my Attorney! Explained my case and Susan immediately started to get to work! The first court date... we had Susan was able to fight for my rights as a father and was able to see my daughter again! That was a very emotional day! Just to see my princess again ment the world to me! Was able to see my daughter every other weekend! That was goin great, 3 months later Susan helped me to get my daughter to Virginia and have out of state visits! I never thought in a million years that would happen! Susan made my dream come true by having my daughter in Virginia with me! One again an emotional great day! Now my daughter wants to go to school here in Virginia! I’m So Grateful to have Susan as my Attorney! I wished I hired her 20 years ago! Susan made things happen I never thought I would ever see! She stands for her clients and Awesome at Communicating! Susan has been our attorney since 2008 and is exceptional. She managed a messy divorce, helped defend our son in an unfortunate criminal case, and most recently helped with closing of our dream property. This is the first review I have ever written. After reading some of the bad reviews I felt like I had to. With the representation my wife and I received from Susan and her staff I would have paid her 5 times what she charged. We have not one complaint and recommend her to anyone that ask about repres...entation. She kept our grand kids safe through out the whole process. She was our 5th lawyer over the years and by far, not even close, the best!! I would never go with any other lawyer after my experience with her and I think God everyday that we walked into her office. Thanks again Susan!!!!

About 8 years ago, I hired Attorney Betzjitomir to represent me in a dispute about my property with my local town. All I wanted was to live in peace and harmony, go to work, pay my taxes and just be happy - however my local town refused to grant me my Certificate of Occupancy on my home, which Susan... was able to get for me in 1 meeting with the towns attorney --- She only charged me a retainer, and an hourly fee for her services. I will say --- the whole process of "the paperwork" getting filed in a timely manner -- kind of irritated me (that's why I gave only 4 out of 5 stars) --- BUT YOU KNOW what??? I actually didn't blame Susan, instead I filed a grievance against "Tom" the opposing attorney --- a grievance which actually got thrown out, as NYS bar association informed me that the "grievance process" was only set up for your attorney and NOT the opposing attorney (even though, in my humble opinion, it was the opposing attorney who dragged his feet on the paperwork) -- nevertheless Susan didn't give me any BS when representing me, and of course, I irritated her a few times also during the process ((since I didn't want to compromise 1 single inch with my local town)) ---- hey, I was on the side of "being right" ---- I suppose that's why the town caved in and granted my request for me to live happily in my own home, without being harassed by them. So far, so good, and my life has been peaceful ever since. Sure, this is not an earth shattering case, like a divorce that messes your life up, or being thrown in jail, or the other cases she has ----- BUT TO ME, at the time, it was my whole life invested in a house, with a local town threatening to evict me without due process. Love her or hate her, she muses about her reviews ---- well folks, I'm in the "love her" category. I was looking to see if she was still practicing law, because after 8 years, I still decided, if I need a lawyer I can trust, who would I call?? I would call Susan Betzjitomir, I can still write a review, I did write this review, and no, I'm not even in trouble, nor do I foresee any trouble.
