Susan is a good attorney! although I believe in my case she allowed political oversite, to cloud her judgement, at a time when promotions where at the end of the tunnel for many in the Steuben county legal system! And though she did allow, the obvious too be ignored, as a diffinitive means to defend... my case, she doe'se know her legal ins and outs!! You need a good attorney here she is! Just be sure that Its not promotions time in Steuben county !

Atty. Betzjitomir was excellent in resolving my case. She acted concisely, and really made sure that my rights were protected, that the settlement to which I was already entitled was finally paid over. I had a different atty. before her, who did nothing to get my settlement even after a court award...ed it and the other party wouldn't pay it. When Atty. Betzjitomir stepped in, it was resolved. She did what was necessary to take care of everything.

I hired Susan who said ohh we have a great case blah blah we will fight it all the way. Went to the first hearing, " I think we should settle, we do not have as big of a smoking gun as we had thought." Well Susan was the one that said we did! So we settle and Susan has less than an hour in time inv...ested but the entire Retainer is hers?! which means she was worth $750.00 an hour? no way!!! Unethical and Dishonest!! Stay away!!
