Client was arrested for DWI, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Speeding, and Refusal to Submit to Breath Test. After a 2 day jury trial my client was found not guilty of the DWI charge. He was also found not guilty on the lesser included offense of DWAI.

Not Guilty 2 Counts of DWI and some violations. Guilty of DWAI as a traffic violation and Speeding

Client charged with 2 counts of DWI, Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Failed to Keep Right, and Moved From Lane Unsafely. After arguing the accusatory instruments were facially insufficient and speedy trial violation, all charges were dismissed
