I have handled approximately one thousand DWI cases during my 24 year career and have conducted hundreds of criminal trials in courts throughout  New York State. I am proud of the results that I have obtained for my clients. I have recently returned to private practice, having served for two years as a principal law clerk in Monroe County Court. The principal law clerk position added to my overall criminal law experience and knowledge; from drafting supression, habeas corpus, sealing, C.P.L. 440, grand jury, and local court appeal decisions, to drafting and compiling jury trial instructions, the position exposed me to all aspects of criminal practice. I will bring all of my knowledge and experience to bear to my practice.

I was a client of Dan’s Uncle Tom Cook who has passed away. Dan updated our will for us recently. He was so accommodating he actually Stopped by our home on his way to dinner so that we wouldn’t have to be inconvenienced. I would highly recommend him!

Dan Fulmer represented me. He was the most caring lawyer who truly wanted the best result for my case. He answered all of my questions and helped me in every way possible to help with my case. I was charged with a felony DWI. My case was dropped, and that was due to Mr. Fulmer's representation. I would highly recommend Mr. Fulmer to anyone who needs a DWI Lawyer. Excellent Attorney
Hired Mr. Fulmer for DWI issues and he was not only responsive and easy to communicate with, but he also had great rapport with the judge in my case. His rates are really good, so if I ever have an issue again I would retain his services in a heartbeat, he was worth ten times what I paid!!!

Excellent DWI Attorney
I was charged with a misdemeanor dwi. Mr. Fulmer conducted a trial in the Parma Town Court. The Judge found me not guilty of the the dwi and reduced it to a dwai. His cross-examination of the officer was awesome.

Great guy, Great lawyer
Dan Fulmer did a great job with my case. He was very helpful in answering any questions that I had with it being my first run in with the law. He payed attention to every detail in the police report and because of him I was able to walk out with only a traffic infraction while I was facing a misdemeanor. I highly recommend Dan Fulmer to anyone looking for a defense attorney that they can trust to get the job done, he will not disappoint!

Did a great job
I do a lot of driving for work and had gotten 2 speeding tickets in a 2 year period. The points and fines could have been substantial as well as the insurance penalties, but Dan was able to get the first one reduced to a non-moving violation and the other one was dismissed. He's always treated my matters with the utmost of importance and is great about returning calls and keeping me informed as things would develop. I wouldn't think twice about using Dan in the future- but I hope I never have to, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone facing a legal issue.

Very kind, respectful and professional. Was always very quick to respond to any questions/concerns I had about my case. Offers flexible, affordable payment plans.
