OUTCOME: Not Guilty DWI. Guilty of Violation Level Offenses Only

Client was charged with misdemeanor DWI, Speed in Zone, and Moved from Lane Unsafely. After trial the client was found not guilty of DWI. Resulted in a traffic violation conviction for DWAI, Moved fr ... om Lane Unsafely, and Speeding. As a result the client avoided a criminal record and the ignition interlock device.

OUTCOME: Client was arrested for DWI, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Speeding, and Refusal to Submit to Breath Test. After a 2 day jury trial my client was found not guilty of the DWI charge. He was also found not guilty on the lesser included offense of DWAI.
