DWI Expert

I could not have asked for a better attorney to handle my DWI case. Rick was an expert in communication, often calling to check-in and give me bi-weekly or monthly updates when it was called for. Mr. Roxin's experience was extremely evident and helped me to get a lessened sentence. Above all else, Rick seemed to actually care about me and my case. He was not fighting for a plea, he was fighting for me (nice rhyme, you can use that one if you want, Rick). THE BEST!!!

Fantastic Attorney

In what was an otherwise daunting process, Rick was the consummate professional. A Life-Saver Attorney

I hired him for my second DWI conviction. He was caring, attentive, direct and dependable. His hard work gave me the best result that I never thought possible, even though he did! He was able to have two felonies dropped to a non-aggravated misdemeanor and lowered my probation on top of that. Great guy, great lawyer and I highly recommend him.

A solid professional

Highly Recommend

We had never needed this type of legal representation before. Rick was our second call but our first choice. Excellent Attorney

Rick represented my son on a drug possession charge. One of the first things I noticed about Rick was his non-judgemental and caring nature. He asked difficult questions with great diplomacy. He is thorough, straight forward, honest, dependable and dedicated. He provided worst case and best case scenarios for my son's situation. Excellent Attorney

We contacted Rick Roxin after my son was in a motor vehicle accident. We were pretty sure that my son had a low BAC at the time of the accident, but he had drank a beer shortly before the accident. Rick spoke with us over the phone at length and then met with us for almost 2 hours before we decided to retain his services. Through the whole process, Rick was personally available to answer any questions we had. He gave us his cell phone number and encouraged us to call anytime. He was very prompt in calling back when we left a message. He explained everything in great detail, and he continued to work to get an additional ticket reduced after the charges were dropped. We would highly recommend Rick.

Excellent Education Attorney

Rick represented our son in an Academic Dishonesty Charge/Hearing brought against him by a local University. Rich was an utmost professional from the beginning to the end of the process. He was always accessible and he kept us updated throughout the process from the day we retained him. He gathered all the information he could (leaving no rock unturned) in relation to the charges and developed a game plan from this information. DWI representation

This attorney has extensive knowledge in the area of vehicle and traffic law, especially pertaining to DWI. I obtained his services following a DWI arrest in which I was sure I would be given a stiff punishmnet as the evidence was stacked against me. Instead, Rick was able to negotiate a deal that even he stated was unlike anything he had seen before. I would recommend this attorney to anyone!

An amazing DUI lawyer

From the first meeting with Rick I felt that he was very experienced and confident he would do his very best in my representation. Having a DUI case in Ontario county is no easy case and having 4 charges I was seriously worried of a DUI on my record and would of happy to have it lowered to a DWAI. But to have the 3 out of 4 charged dismissed and only a moving violation of inadequate lights finding me guilty of was like having Christmas come 2 weeks early. I was truly impressed with the way Rick broke down testimony and having a bench trial proving to the judge, that neither the Ontario Co. DA or the arresting officer did their job correctly. Richard Roxin, and the firm he represents are amazing DUI lawyers that I would recommend to any family member or friend that feels the need to have the best firm represent their best interest. Outstanding Criminal Defense Attorney

Mr. Roxin is the best lawyer I have ever hired. He handled the case with vigor, amazing knowledge of legal matters, and extreme dedication to the client and our whole family in distress. Being charged with a DWI is a serious offense that shouldn’t be taken lightly, and as a young professional straight out of college, I’m glad I had Richard Roxin representing me as my attorney. Being from Albany, NY and traveling to Rochester was laborious for my DWI case, but Rick made it more convenient and accessible for me and my family by contacting the court and working out the dates to best suit my schedule. After each step in the process for my DWI case, Rick would sit me down and tell me where we were, what was going on, and what is coming up next and ALWAYS answered my questions, answering my phone calls morning, noon, or night. This put my mind at ease (well as much as it could be in this stressful situation). Being charged with multiple misdemeanors and tickets involving DWI and an accident in one of the toughest counties on DWI in the state, I thought that to the courts the mounting evidence would be damning against me. Amazingly Rick was able to use his knowledge of the legal system and resolved my case with all non-criminal rulings. I could not be happier with the outcome. Although I don’t wish anybody to go through the same ordeal I did, I would recommend Rick Roxin to anybody who is being charged with a DWI related crime, he really is the best that you can get.
