Rick Roxin Delivers Results

Being charged with an aggravated DWI my primary concern was on the possible outcomes. I am happy to report that with Rick Roxin's expert legal counsel I ended up with a mere traffic violation. At every stage of the process Rick Roxin kept me in the loop and communicated clearly. He was very honest... early on that anything lower than a misdemeanor DWI was exceedingly rare in such a case. As more facts concerning the case became available and Rick saw opportunities within the legal process the traffic violation outcome became a faint possibility. Rick was flexible and in every step increased my chances of the best possible outcome. Finally after representing me at a trial I walked out with a mere traffic violation. I can not describe in words how valuable it is to me to still have a clean criminal record. Rick Roxin is a consummate professional. All my questions were answered clearly and promptly. I highly appreciated that Rick explained the strategy to me at every step. Rick's support continued past the trial and into the period where I fulfilled the conditions that the judge had set forth. I faced some unique challenges but Rick was there and helped me find realistic solutions to all my problems. On a personal note then Rick made me feel very comfortable when I was in a tight spot. Even when being thorough and going through the details of the case he somehow managed to make the conversations so pleasant and relaxed. Rick is the kind of a guy that anyone would love to have over for a Sunday BBQ. When it comes to delivering results, communication and personal interactions then Rick Roxin scores the highest marks in all categories. If I ever faced similar charges again I would call Rick right away. He gets my strongest possible recommendations.

Rick Roxin is a "10" when it comes to DWI law representation

When my 20 year-old daughter was cited for a DWI we knew the stakes were high given her age and her BAC. Her BAC was too high to for the DA to plead to a lesser charge. Due to the seriousness of the charge, Rick recommended preparing for a trial. During the initial hearing in court the state patrolm...an gave testimony that did not match the documentation on the state's case. Rick pointed out the discrepancy and the patrol admitted there was a mix up. Rick spotted his opening and contacted the DA to request a plea to traffic violation not a crime. The DA agreed. Everyone won—my daughter learned her lesson, the DA got a conviction, the court got its fees and Rick got to use his expertise to get a great result with some challenging facts. Best of all, my daughter will never have to check that dreaded box on a job application—“Have you ever been convicted of a crime?” Rick was great with my daughter and me throughout the whole process. He was very thorough, but gentle when he was gathering information from us on the case. No rock went unturned. He was also very reassuring to my daughter that this is just a bad situation and she’s not a bad person. His professionalism matched the high level of the personal treatment that we received—phone calls were answered or returned promptly, we were kept abreast of developments as they happened and he did a great job explaining what was happening as well as preparing us for court. Should you have the misfortune of facing a DWI, you couldn’t have a better advocate than Rick Roxin. And yes, I would IMMEDIATELY retain Rick again should I be faced with similar circumstances in the future.

A very competent lawyer!

My cased was closed on very favorable terms thanks to Rick. He negotiated a plea bargain which reduced my DWI charges to a traffic violation. Thanks to him, I do not have a criminal record. As a bonus, I got to keep my driving privileges during the case. He was always helpful and approachable as well... as comforting. I recommend Rick for DWI cases without any reservation.

I got a 2nd chance !!!

Rick made me feel completely comfortable and confident in him & my case from day one, and we got the results I'd hoped for. Thanks to him I have no criminal record, and have a second chance at a brighter future! He's very professional and down to earth, and knows how to fight DWI cases from both side...s, which means he knows exactly what to do. I'm very happy!!

Highly recommended!

Rick helped a family member with a case involving an out of state university. He quickly assessed the situation and developed an incredibly well written position. He clearly had reviewed the university's code of conduct and found the exact language that we needed to leverage our position. I know Ri...ck has handled some very high profile cases in Rochester as well as serving on "both sides of the court room" ...experience you don't find often!
