After serving as a prosecutor in the Monroe County District Attorney's Office for nearly 17 years, including 4 years overseeing the DWI Bureau, 7 years ago, I went into private practice, and as a result, few lawyers know the courtroom like I do. DWI defense is complex, and you deserve the benefit of my unparalleled experience. I am a trial lawyer and fightng for you in the courtroom is my passion. An equally significant part of my practice is devoted to representing college students for campus offenses ranging from academic dishonesty and other student conduct violations to criminal charges, any of which can lead to harsh consequnces arising from university disciplinary proceedings.
