Nervous First-Time Home Seller

I have known Frank Ieraci for as long as he has been practicing law but until recently had not had need of his services. I was selling the first home I ever owned (30 years) and needed an attorney who could help me. Not having sold a house before, and with processes and procedures changes in the wa...ke of the pandemic I was a bit anxious at not knowing what I needed to do, what documents would I need to produce, where I’d need to go or knowing how the process would work. Frank set me at ease, he told me what to expect and what I needed to do to get through this. He was supportive when I needed support and was clear and responsive when a couple minor issues arose. He took my telephone calls and responded to emails quickly, always with an attention to details and to the procedures that kept the sale on track and on time. When I needed to be reminded of the next step I would receive a gentle reminder. And when it came to making sure everything was in order and that everything on my end was complete, I knew it was, thanks to Frank. His pricing was fair, instructions to me clear and since so much of selling a house is without direct contact, once my paperwork was submitted to him I needed only wait for the check he sent out after closing. Frank is calm by nature, thorough, competent and ethical, everything you hope to find in a seasoned attorney. I was in the best hands I could have reached out to. Frank made the legal side of selling my home the easiest part. Thank you, Frank, great job!

Great consult

I will be meeting with him soon for an appt and if all goes well, I am likely to hire him to handle my family court case. Frank was prompt with a response and made himself available on a weekend for an initial appt. He seems very knowledgeable and I look forward to meeting him in person soon.

Custody Advice

Honest and very kind. He took his time to listen to what I had to say. He didn't have to speak bad about other lawyers in order to make himself look good! he was honest in every way and understanding!! I will keep posting here to inform everyone how great he is doing once I meet with him.

Excellent Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Advice in Buffalo, New York.

I needed some intense advice on bankruptcy. Mr. Ieraci spent 1-hour with me. This was a free consultation. I already had an attorney but the help I was getting was minimal. Needless to say my current attorney never spent the time to visit me in person or to personally speak to me on the phone. Mr. Ie...raci guided me in the right direction since my case was so complicated. I followed his advice and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I will not hesitate to contact Mr. Ieraci again. Thank you Mr. Ieraci for your interest in helping me.

Please note that the prior attorney had notified the court and client that he was withdrawing from the case. I cannot give advice to people who already have an ongoing relationship with an attorney. I am nevertheless pleased that the client found my advice helpful.
