Amazing Lawyer!

Mr. Gokey helped me receive permanent residence status after marriage. He helped us with everything, from our interview process, to our applications. He is very knowledgeable, always easy to reach and extremely devoted to his profession. He gave us great advice and helped guide us in the right direction with the entire process. Immigration process for green card

Was very thorough and friendly as we worked to get Kevis green card. They were especially helpful and calming when we had to try and get emergency travel for Kevin to Ireland due to his brother's death.

Marriage/Family based immigration

Efficient, Compassionate, Thorough

Franklin (Snyder) Gokey and his associate, Clara Anderson, were excellent partners in navigating the green card process for a family member. The process was complicated by the death, mid-process, of her main sponsor, as well as the Covid virus. They anticipated every scenario regarding the interview process and provided us with the documents that may have been requested or required by the interviewer. Mr. Gokey could not attend the interview with us due to Covid restrictions, but was present via telephone. The process was successful, and we feel that attaining a green card for our family member was due to the compassionate assistance and attention to detail of the Gokey team. I recommend them most strongly for your immigration law needs.

Green Card and Naturalization

Mr. Gokey is a great attorney for these types of proceedings and his wife Mary is an amazing woman!! We are a same sex married couple and initially met with Mr. Gokey for him to help us understand what our next steps were and how to start the process. We ultimately hired him due to that first meeting! Over the next 4.5 years, which is how long the entire process takes, we worked primarily with his wife Mary as his legal assistant. She is the most wonderful person to work with and we were in constant contact with her throughout the process. She is also very knowledgeable and helpful in this entire process!! Everything went very well through our process and my husband will be a United States citizen next week!!! Thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Gokey for everything they have done for us!!

Resident card

I would recommend Gokey law offices. they where very professional. we had many questions and always called and asked never did i not get a bad response no matter how big or small my questions they where always there. they where genuine in helping we did not feel like just another case i couldn't ask for a better lawyer.

Very Knowledgeable Lawyer and Staff

I, personally, have been working with Snyder and Mary for a while now. We have chased Frank around, like literally! He was still at his old office before and followed him at his own Law Firm now! First, he helped me and my daughter with our Green Card application. Then my husband's Student Visa and eventually his Green Card, which we literally just got in the mail today!!! IT'S BEEN THE BEST DAY EVER!!! :) Frank is very knowledgeable at what he does and advised us on the BEST thing that we would do and guided us all throughout the whole process! He was very willing to help out and answered questions we had. When we had questions in mind, he, or Mary, was very prompt at answering them either through email or call. Again, we would not have done it if not for your knowledge, diligence and your patience. Their staff are very polite, helpful and very welcoming! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Atty. They are very experienced with working on H1b visa. These cases usually require more flexibility and creative solutions. Gokey Immigration Law Office develops unique strategies tailored for a client. Awesome service

Helpful, Informative, Approachable!

The experience was good. They were very good and helpful. They were very informative. They explained everything in an organized way and also provided checklists. They gave a good timeline on the procedures. They were very professional and friendly to work with. One thing I really liked is they were very client oriented. They do believe in building relationships with clients. Very compassionate and dedicated. The process has been very easy, very detailed, very dedicated, organized, and timely. I think they’re a good company that believes in service. Snyder’s assistant Wendy has been great to work with. Very helpful and informative. Very professional. They know what they’re doing. They don’t take on clients just to bill them. They’re always there to help and guide you. Very approachable. You’re always able to call or email them if you have any questions. They’re very quick to respond also. They understand the requirement. They understand the procedure. I don’t think there are other firms in the area that have as much experience. I believe they’re considered one of the best in the area. My employer also chose them.

Top notch Teamwork

It was a very good experience for our company as this was our company's first time hiring a foreign worker.. Mr. Gokey and his associates kept on top of everything and were very prompt with answering emails and returning phone calls. They were very willing to answer any questions and lead us through the process step by step. Last year our employee’s H1-B didn’t get approved. However, we were impressed on how they kept following through with everything - they even made a trip in near blizzard conditions to send out documents so they would arrive in time to meet the deadline. We decided to work with them again this year, and our worker got her H1-B visa.
