Biography
Tim obtained his undergraduate degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Buffalo, majoring in Business Administration. He then graduated with his Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Cum Laude, from the University of Buffalo, with a concentration in Marketing. Then, he commuted to Cleveland-Marshall College of Law from 2006-2009, while, concurrently, working as a full-time police officer with the Town of Hamburg Police Department, obtaining his Juris Docturate degree, with Deans List Honors.
From 1994-2015 Tim was a highly decorated police officer in the Town of Hamburg Police Department, leading his department in DWI arrests from 1998-99, receiving the Police Officer of the Year award in 2001, and being recognized with numerous other awards, accolades, and achievements, many of which were directly presented to Tim by the Chief of Police of the Town of Hamburg Police Department, in acknowledgment of his humble service to the community.
Tim was not your average police officer; he developed deep, personal relationships with the people whom he had contact with, determined to ascertain the important, core, issues that were of concern to these individuals, with Tim always putting forth the extra effort to attempt to assist these individuals in obtaining a fair and reasonable resolution to their problems and concerns.
Now that Tim is a criminal defense attorney, he now wishes to use this same skill set to assist individuals in helping them to best resolve their issues, using a very caring, understanding, and non-judgmental approach in assisting clients to obtain the best possible disposition of their case.
Tim prides himself in his professionalism, courtesy and, most importantly, attention to the subtle and nuanced details that are of incredible importance in dealing with cases which he has become very adept at handling.
