I had a lapse in judgement and thought that I could drive my vehicle whilst impaired to get home from a friends house. My poor judgement and decision resulted in an arrest and charges for a DWI, amongst two other smaller charges. I was charged with my 2nd DWI within a 2 yr. period. Result of my first dwi was lost of license and 6 month probation. I feared going to jail or at very least 1 yr of probation while losing my license during that year. Because of Mr. Brooks' expertise in such cases he was able to get me the minimum t...he law allows which was no probation and just 6 months of loss of license which is mandatory with 2nd DWI.
