What to say about James? Where do I start? 1st I never was charged with a DWI or any type of criminal charges in the past and was Extremely nervous about losing my license cause my job requires that I have it. I called one lawyer before James( I wanted to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in... the attorney that I was going to hire). After speaking to James and explaining my case and telling him (in detail) what happened, he told me that we have a Very good case and that he was going to fight as hard as he could to try to get this dismissed. He made me feel very comfortable & confident in his ability right from the start. When I called the first attorney back to tell him my decision he told me that I was in Very Good hands & stated that if he(the 1st attorney) thought I shouldn't pick James he would have told me that James knows the law but he assured me that James was Absolutely Great at his job & got a case in East Aurora dismissed that he(the 1st attorney) would never had thought it could be dismissed!!! Coming from an attorney that wanted me as a client definitely told me that I was in good hands and picked the right guy for the job. As an Attorney James is Exceptional!!! He will fight tooth and nail for his client and will NOT GIVE UP for the Absolute best Results for you!!! He always made me Believe in Him and His Abilities. When you see him in court interacting with other attorneys & the Judge you can tell that they not only Respect Him but Genuinely Like him! That is Huge!!! As a Person James is Compassionate and has a huge heart and you can tell it is Genuine!!! In my case the DA wanted to plea it down to a Driving while Impaired (and this was after a 1/2 year) James told him " Absolutely Fu..ing Not"!!! (In which he told me he later went and apologized to the DA...that's how compassionate he is for his clients). He stated: "My Client Doesn't Deserve to have this on his record and I haven't been fighting this hard for him just to have u Plea it down... absolutely NOT"!!! My case got postponed two times(because the DA wanted to have his witnesses ready for trial) & I was getting nervous & James kept telling me it was all going to work out. The 1st trial day came & James deliberated with the DA & the Judge & when he came back he brought me to the back of the courtroom and said: " Who's your Buddy"? I said: "What, You are"? He told me that they(the DA & the Judge) agreed to Drop ALL Charges!!! I could barely believe what I was hearing & James said: "That was Absolutely the Right Decision in Your case and I wasn't going to accept anything but that". When the Judge was talking to me about everything and why they were dropping the charges it was hard(but I did it) from getting emotional! Right then I said thank you to the Judge and James and gave James A BIG Bro Hug right in front of the Judge and entire courtroom which he was more than happy to accept and give back...WE WON!!! My Gratitude to James goes Beyond Saying as I can Never Thank Him Enough!!!! He is Without A Doubt a Blessing to have as Your Attorney...if He can't do it NOBODY Can!!! Very responsive in regards to all questions I had throughout the entire duration of my case.
