James P. Giambrone, Jr. is an attorney in Tiveron Law’s Corporate & Business Law, Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation departments.
With over 30 years of legal experience, Mr. Giambrone’s repertoire includes handling thousands of residential real estate and mortgage refinance closings, critically reviewing and interpreting commercial contracts, aggressively litigating civil and criminal trials, and successfully arguing appeals in N.Y, Supreme Court, Appellate Division.
After graduating from Cornell University, Mr. Giambrone received his Juris Doctorate degree from the State University at Buffalo School of Law.
Mr. Giambrone was the sole founder of a thriving law practice located in the heart of Buffalo for over 20 years and additionally practices as a licensed Real Estate Broker and member of the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors. During his leisure time, James performs as a professional drummer, is an avid golfer, and 35-year Bills Season Ticketholder, all the while actively volunteering for community Youth Sports.
