Biography
Mr. Maloney’s practice focuses on complex criminal defense matters with an emphasis on D.W.I. defense. He has an unparalleled commitment to providing clients the highest level of experience, professional qualifications, and skill.
In addition to bringing a wealth of experience from 30-years of practicing law, Mr. Maloney has also studied in areas of trial technique, D.N.A., New York Evidentiary Rules, D.W.I. Defense, and other skilled areas necessary to defend criminal matters.
A member of the National College for D.U.I. Defense, Mr. Maloney is the only attorney in Western New York who has successfully completed the N.H.T.S.A. Field Sobriety Testing Course. All law enforcement officials must be certified by N.H.T.S.A. in order to administer field sobriety tests. This specialized training affords Mr. Maloney the highest level of professional qualification and skill.
In addition to his private practice, Mr. Maloney is on the Assigned Counsel Panel for Erie County and handles the highest level cases, including A-1 felonies. He has also been selected to appear on behalf of clients in Wyoming and Genesee County.

Phenomenal DWI Defense Attorney
