Keep all your money accounted for!
Long story short. A Guardianship case after an Article 81 was done. Paul was completely paid up by myself for this court action in March 2022. Mark went back to court to finish the Guardianship signatures, and was then again completely paid by the court by my fathers estate only this time more then I originally paid and made straight in March. I have my receipts and I have invoices from His accounting. I have asked for my money back and was met with silence as most times I tried to communicate with Paul. I want my $2000 back since you were paid in full by my fathers estate. That’s called stealing from your client.

"I am proud to recommend Paul Pochepan as a gentleman and as a lawyer. Paul has demonstrated over his twenty years of practice that he is a “go-to guy” in the prosecution of Social Security and Bankruptcy claims. There is no doubt that the many accolades that have been showered upon Paul are very well deserved. Anyone would be well-served to enter a courtroom with Paul by their side."
