Ronda and her team, were AMAZING. What a pleasure. I couldn't have had a better experience in purchasing real estate. I purchased a HUD home, which comes with some extra hoops to jump through. Robin her assistant was an expert, doing things ahead of schedule, so that everything would come toget...her perfectly. Ronda came recommended by my real estate agent. I was new to Syracuse. I read a review before calling, the review was negative. I thought to myself, I'm going to use her anyway, because you cant believe everything, and usually people don't take the time to write about good experiences. I was so happy I went with Ronda. It has been since spring last year that I closed on the home, and I was just thinking of how great they were, and finally got around to reviewing them. Good job Ronda and Robin.

I hired this lawyer on the recommendation of my realtor. Whenever I called she or her assistants were not available. Messages were not returned. I was not kept informed as to the status in regards to the sale of my house. If you don't know the right questions to ask, the information is not shared.... I never saw any figures prior to the closing!

Ronda represented me when originally purchasing my home and 17 years later when I sold that same home. Ronda made sure to keep me appraised every step of the way and always gave sound practical advice regarding the whole process of buying and selling my home. Her overall sense of honesty and patien...ce impressed me greatly. I highly recommend her.

My real estate closing was executed correctly and accurately. There is no doubt that this office knows how to conduct a real estate transaction. What is lacking is any communication or consideration. Phone calls and emails were not answered or returned. I was not kept informed of the status of ou...r transaction. No solutions were offered for obstacles or concerns. The lack of service and communication added greatly to the stress of closing/moving. This was my 6th home purchase.
