The closing on our house was delayed due to documents. I understand this happens however Rhonda’s office didn’t communicate appropriately with us and when we expressed our concerns to Rhonda, we were dismissed. I had used Rhonda’s office for a previous sale of my house. If there are no hiccups she’s ...great. If there are opportunities she has no problem leaving you hanging. I wouldn’t recommend her. Buying/selling a house is stressful enough. You deserve an attorney who is going to go the distance for you.

We hired her as seller attorney. We were trying to sell from and get away from the small/low growth city and the buyer was trying to short change us. On the day of the deal, the buyer threatened to walk out of deal since they didn't find something which was not written in contract. Rather than repre...sent us, she started putting pressure on us to cave in on price. We tried to be reasonable however she put more pressure on us to cave in. We stood our ground and deal happened late in day. She was unapologetic for her behavior.

I hired this lawyer on the recommendation of my realtor. Whenever I called she or her assistants were not available. Messages were not returned. I was not kept informed as to the status in regards to the sale of my house. If you don't know the right questions to ask, the information is not shared.... I never saw any figures prior to the closing!
